At Caliente we made a name for ourselves with our famous clean, healthy Southwestern cuisine. Over the 20 years in business,  with the urging of our customers and the help of the amazing Chef Sergio, we continue to expand our menu options. 

Below you will see some of the menus we have offered our clients along with the way.
